Current m20 is easily countered due to timing nerf and crew zook removal, especially by wermacht 222s.
So I think we could bring the crew zook back at a price of 50 mu? Skirts cost 70 mu so the power of m20 is still limited by muni income, and to get the upgrade you need to decrew m20 first and waiting for crew upgrade to complete...then it won't have timing issues.
Miss this unique feature of m20, hope we can restore it in some other form

Current championship, usf seems to go pickup truck + 50 cal upgrade. Damn it has crazy warspeed ability. And the 50cal upgrade shoots really far from the truck...

No everybody unlocks it then buys a stuart.
Not seen that much b/c if the opponent is ostheer they will have an early 222.
Vs OKW they are going to get a flak ht or luchs at 6-8 minutes so you can't really afford all the manpower for healing, stuart, 50 cal, AND m20. Most people are choosing not to get the m20 first and later it doesn't make as much sense.
It's not bad but it's not really meta now that you have less manpower and the m20 can do less damage (timing).

I'm confused then. Its damage wasn't nerfed, only the zook was removed IIRC. So because now it's weaker to 222 from OST it falls from meta?

I'm generalizing pretty harshly because your talking "meta" but I feel like you need to watch your manpower budget with USF wisely and the m20 is sort of a luxury item. It's not unseen for sure but it's not meta anymore

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.
