Because we feel that rifles still losing alot of fights vs volks.

Rifles with 1 bar are fine and well rifleblob with 2 bars is really strong. But bars without bars are not the best.
But i agree its only a 1vs1 problem. In teamgames usa is fine. So no big buff for their inf.
