This game I dedicated to our devs. You can easily check how new ostwind performs, I mean in a hulldown mostly xD
Same goes to hulled down elefant, cons and other stuff. Enjoy

If the only issue is ostwind in hull down, we can simply remove range bonuses from turreted stuff, or make them additive. However, if Ostwind range is too much even when not hulled down, then yes; we should touch the ostwind.

I think you shouldn't change range bonuses for turreted vehicles. Hull down works nicely with panther and it would be a shame for that usage of the ability to get nerfed.

Needs 3 shots to kill T-34, 2 for Priests and like 5-6 for ISU. Still misses too much. I think you can download and check yourself :)

It would be a shame that you removed few commanders completely. I mean, still really few people use some commanders due their hull down + helpful ability like P4 command tank but after a nerf you can completely move these to darkness. Overall I agree with Ferwiner

I'm just trying to figure out where the problem is.

Ostwind + hull down range sure is OP. However if Ostwind without hulldown is fine, we'll just remove the extra bonus from Ostwind.

Panther will also have similar degrees of issues of being uprooted, with the new reload speed.

Isn't minsk the map cruzzi hates and is wildly regarded as being bad/axis favored?

Especially for elephant/JT/jp4 stuff.

Yes, axis spawned at south but Sexpistole decided to play on this one, Cruzzi didn't seem to disagree, especially if both went fully indirect fire.

I just didn't pay attention to what map it was until the loading screen, I already knew it was gonna be a loss as soon as it showed we were north.
