I really did have 15-20fps =( It would be sad if that would be top 10 play

I don't think I ever had as much as 20 fps.

And if somebody drops flame arty on a snow map, we're talking 5, at the most.

What's your graphics card? I realized that my GTX 1060 was getting 15 fps until I disabled the G-sync and AA. That might be your issue too.

Make sure you disable fast boot if you're on windows 10, it drops you to super low fps.

What settings are from you laptop ? Coz i make some moves with windows settigns and NVDIA settings to up fps. Pudding relic destroy perfect optimizations from spring 2014.

I started getting 24FPS max in COH2 from normally 144-100 with g-sync on.

Did some research on the net, found people complaining about the same issue and fixing it with disabling fast boot, worked for me.
