Tomakaze vs VindicareX. Post April 20th patch. This was a really good game. Usually when I play high level games, somehow I embarrass myself, but at least this time I gave it a good fight or at least an entertaining one.

Guards are pretty useless though, don't you find?

I think guards have their place. I know some ppl find them to be mp drains, but once they vet up and get their dps, they are superb long range units as well as good garrison units. The way the game is now, long range combat is favored over the assault troops (hence why lmg42s, 1919s, brens, and even bars are so favored over thompsons, shocks, and panzergrens). I try not to get more than two, but sometimes that doesn't work out.

I better try them again. I just love those shocks though. They melt all other units.
