Replays are working now. I watched it and i actually think he is sus. Just follow camera + sniper and u will get the answers.

Watched the first 13 min. Let's say I wouldn't be shocked if a maphack is involved because his sniper movement is always right on the edge of the Wehr snipers range but I couldn't spot anything definite. It's within the bounds of what can be explained by good game sense.

I don't see where u get that certainty from, and to be clear you posting the replay and trashtalking another player its what imo is an infringement of the rules, but i guess its what u get by playing random people on the internet...
That being said, what you took as maphacking is probably Ikarus' skill, he got a great sense for the game even though he hadn't played for months and for some reason was experiencing a terrible game performance that game.
Next time u got some suspicion use enforcement@relic.com

It's suspicious how he managed to avoid getting counter sniped all the time while still using the sniper whenever possible to pick off Grenadier models. Impossible to judge if that was just game sense and luck or hacking though.
There were also plenty of situations where he could have used the Valentine to "accidantally" run over the sniper while moving across the map and didn't, which makes the argument for maphacking even more questionable IMO.

I can understand why deadbolt posted this replay here. So people can go self into the replay and create their own opionen about this case.
@cblanco i can understand you too. Deadbolt went the wrong way with saying "hey guys this person is 100% cheating". Better way would be to say: I have a feeling / thinking he cheats, what are you guys thinking?"
I spent alot of time in this replay. Made videos, rewatched it, went in custom to test stuff out. I also asked some other people about their opionens.They came to the same result as me.
Conclusion:
I fullagree that there are 4-6 scenes which looks very strange and fishy. But for me its not 100%. I only go to relic when i am 100% sure about maphack, since we talk here about a permaban guys.
But he is on the watchlist. That means if Ikarus wants to play on cups he has to screenshare from begin.
