Havent watched the game but the days of double OKW are over now where brits fully returned. Dont go double OKW as arranged team then whine afterwards that it got totally exploited. OKW always had its issues vs brits, not just this patch, this faction never could deal with blobbing or section spamming very well

They could have as easily played USF and blobbed Rifles + Paras and won that way. They are rank 2 and you are rank 65, they didn't win because they played UKF.
Also if you want to punish someone who builds more than 3 Tommies than what about punishing people who go 4 Volks into 2 Obers or 3 RM + Officer + Paratrooper + Pathfinder + support weapons?

Except you can actually defend against USF infantry by keeping them at range. Vs UKF you lose from range.

we won with cheesy crap that game, no doubt. 7 section blobs with assault and valentine plus 2min "you cant cap anything" arty. (no idea how that perimeter overwatch bs is still in the game btw)
That said, you had a very good early game and didnt capitalize on it. rushing stuka for example vs any blob just isnt the best idea, same with mp40 volks. and so is double puma etc

I heard it's not as good in 3v3 and 4v4 because of the map size. Maybe that's why they haven't nerfed it yet. It's broken in 1v1 and 2v2 for sure. If you have 1-2 muni caches and decent map control it's really oppressive. Even though I find myself usually spamming Concentration Barrage and not having the muni for it when I play Royal Artillery.

Perimter Overwatch got buffed in the wrong way back when royal arty doc got overhauled. Rather than keeping high cost and adding off-map mortar bombs that constantly land everywhere nonstop, they should have kept it as is (only the base howitzers shoot) but lowered the cost imo.
Or same like Ostheer overwatch artillery (only a few sectors are affected instead of the entire map).
This ability is annoying af in larger teammates too, you can pop it on once you have 3 VPs and then literally go afk and win
