So far there's been around 1-3 'real' solutions, none that are effecient or good, but in 2v2 if you can get 3-4 fussies all with g43s you should autowin engagements. Pgrens with g43 do ok, mg spam is pure desperation anda sniper is the obvious one.

MG's are really effective against IS spam especially in buildings. IS spam has no real counter until smoke barrage against MGs.
