It's sad about the Brits really, especially for me being in the UKF Alpha. I can't help it but feel somehow responsible for their current state.

What was significantly changed from alpha to launch if I may ask?

Imagine OKW beta. That gives you a good impression of what they were. Basically they had an "original" design which was busted balanced wise, and then they had to release a faction with little testing done on them after a rework.
With the same philosophy of removing tools from a faction but overpowering other aspects of it.

Imagine old pArty Cover. Now ALL abilities are basically like it, but instead they all share a global long cd.

Lots of things actually, here's an album I made even showing some more obvious ones: https://imgur.com/a/wlML2

The ones I can think off the top of my head are the abilities having a shared cooldown but also a bigger impact and being global and not unit specific like right now, call ins being double, as in 2 infantry units like in the case of the Salvage Sappers and vehicles having an infantry support unit with them, emplacements being able to be decrewed and garrisoned by MGs as well altho very buggy and so on.

Things that were not included in the Alpha were the demolition crew that was supposed to come with the AVRE and apparently before the M3 weapons Halftrack for Special Weapons there was a Bren Carrier that dropped the weapons instead, I guess they were scrapped a bit earlier.

I think the biggest and most impactful, apart from the Commanders of course, change was that of the Mortar pit.

I don't know why it says that you need an intel bulletin for it's special rounds but you didn't in the Alpha, the mortar pit was an effective unit as long as you microed it properly by picking the sort of shells it fired depending on the situation at hand, that made up for it's static and expensive nature and was also more fun to fight in my opinion, so I have no idea why they changed that.

Right now the mortar pit is just a crippled unit in my opinion.

For explaining:

There were 4 maps in the pool, and when you picked NOT crossroad in the first matches ( game 1 and 2) then automatical game 3 was on crossroad.

When you picked crossroad in match (game 1 and 2) first, then automatical game 3 was on famyonville

There would be (in that order):

Mrs. Kilzer, Mrs. Voss, Mr. Leonardi, Mr. Kreuels, Mrs. Brauers, Mr. Douven, Mr. Müllenmeister. Don't recall the names of the various math Profs. at University later...
