Please DukeJason reconsider the random starting locations. There's maps where this completely fucks over Wehrmacht and makes the games almost noncompetitive at the top level.

I discussed this with kyle and we came up with testing this method for this tournament,and make improvements for the what comes in future based on feed back we get once this tournament is played. I definitely see your point of view. Lets see what happens,should be fun.

We have automatch map pool? Or with the rest of bad maps? Tourney must be completed within 1 day?

Only auto match maps can be used. Tournament should be finished within a day, but that depend on amount of people that show for tournament. If necessary we will continue the tournament on Sunday.

just fyi (my OCD couldn't resist)

Opening rounds: Single elimination
Quarters: Single elimination
Finals (Semi & Grand): Best out of 3

Bo3 semis is also "single elimination," and Best-of-1's could be used in a "double elimination" format. "Single elimination" =/= "Best-of-1."

When it comes to CoH1 Tournaments there is set of well established rules. I am a bit sad to see that this rules weren't used in this tournament. Good to see another Relic supported tournament, though.
