Engine Damage now gets repaired in the middle of a repair process rather than right at the end, because repair crews now realize that making the engine run properly might just be more important than beating out every single dent in the panels first before you look in the engine bay

I don't understand limiting heavies to 1 per army when you can still get TWO KING TIGERS. I also agree w Barton... Wehr will have no chance against T34 (either variation) spam with only 1 Tiger (with a broken Blitzkrieg... the cherry on top).
Ok i understand your criticism and on high Level play like barton level prob. there won´t be a counter. But since Blitzkrieg is hotfixed, the idea to get mixed armys (shrek, pak - with use of Special shock ability) is sth. i strongly support.
Again i dunno about high Level play, but on low Level i doubt you NEED two tigers. Just my 2 Cents.

on a side note... since patch my men are teleporting in garrisons. I first thaught this would be a hotfix too avoid taking too much damage while entering - even if i do not get why this would Need Fixing, but it is there a while now...Having that too. Seems like a new bug sneaked in.
Is this a known bug, or is it only me?
