What about like, clan values and stuff. Shouldn't they have some sort of code of ethics or clan purpose?

My guess is eventually the clan leaders will be given the option to add and edit that stuff for themselves, but for now its going to be pretty basic so we won't have to keep waiting.

The motto is there simply because there's a space for a "description" in the code. Basic clan forums are coming now and in the future we'll have more of a "system" so we can do some cool stuff like leagues and features etc.

Anyone can confirm COHEXPERTS are banned? I can't really believe coh2.org made such a stupid decision.

They are not banned from the site. But I'm not sure about their clan application. I already said it to Barton, I don't mind if they troll in their streams or with other people, but when they are here they must behave better and be an example for the community.
Now the only thing they do in their posts is trolling, flaming, insulting, spamming MVGame (which will go away ASAP since people are abusing it way too much).
I don't want to put 1 billion rules, I want them to use their damn head (and common sense) and realize that if they behave like dicks they'll be treated like that. I don't mind seeing them writing fun posts and gifs wars for the lulz, or even a troll post (FROM TIME TO TIME), but they started to exagerate and need to calm down
If they can do that I don't see any problem having their clan here
It's just common sense guys, we are not gods nor judges and we don't feel better if we do things like this.

We do not have set requirements for getting a clan at this time. If I see someone who registered today just to register a clan and they have no members obviously im going to deny them. But I'm pretty lenient. For example I approved a clan from someone who had only 2 posts, but has been registered since January and has 10 members.

Another question; It seems like you haven't introduced clan forum private rooms (password protected) "yet". Will you introduce this, and if you do will they be moderated?
We are still setting up permissions and powers while improving the website. We have big plans for clans, the dedicated forum is just a solution for now. What we want to do is allowing clan leaders to create and customize their own clan homepage, then provide a public and private forum that they could moderate. We are also looking to add more features related to clans but it's not on top on the list (we obviously need to focus on Events and Vods now since the game is getting closer to release)
