"A champion is someone who gets up when he can't."

The fight is passed. The blood has been scrubbed away. The fervent fans have gone back to their day to day lives. The champion has been decided, the victor has had his spoils, the king has been crowned.
Season Four of Sunday Night Fights finally came to a close following the intense Heavyweight Championship Fight between DevM and Fir3ball. The final Sunday Night Fights of the first Company of Heroes went out with a bang; the first game between these two titans was one of the greatest displays of skill that anyone had ever seen. The fans were slack-jawed, the commentators were lost for words, AmiPolizeiFunk and Yoink couldn't stop screaming at the top of their lungs as the hay-makers were thrown again and again by Fir3ball. The U.S. attacks were glorious to watch for their raw aggression and sheer audacity, as Fir3ball mounted assaults against seemingly impossible odds and emerged victorious again and again. If you haven't seen the game then you haven't seen Company of Heroes. The rest of the series couldn't quite match this phenomenal game one but was still of the highest level and proved a worthy send off for the greatest RTS of all time.
Game 1 starts at minute 33, after the Quinn Duffy interview
The whole season had great flavour to it; there were upsets, there was the potential for the eventual Heavyweight Champion, DevM, to not even qualify for the Final Four, as he was only able to do it in the very last Contender Bout. There were epic games, there were brutal crushings, there were comeback stories and sob stories. Highlights included: Twister's unexpected run to Contender Bout #3, knocking out some seriously big names on the way, Sepha's drumroll, Aimstrong's beatdowns of anyone and everyone and interviews with several of the key members of the Company of Heroes 2 team. If you weren't able to catch any of these or missed any of the games they are all available on COH2.ORG's youtube channel.

Sunday Night Fights and COH2.ORG would like to thank our sponsors for Season Four; THQ, Nvidia and Relic for their support! And an extra special thanks to Quinn Duffy who managed, even through the tumultuous bankruptcy of THQ, to secure their portion of the funds to pay out the winners. We'd also like to thank all those who took part and all the fans for watching. See you guys for Season Five in Company of Heroes 2!
