Dear Admins,
Please make a note of the makers of suchs threads. There are at least 4 forum members who routinely make such threads and unpleasant aggressive comments.
I'm not asking for the though police to lock everything down. But it would be nice if you could "motivate" such people to speak to other members with some decency. Otherwise they taint every thread and make it unreadable. I can't enjoy my coffee while reading this, don't make me go back to gamereplays or relic forums pls. for teh love of god plsss.
Dude, i am not being aggresive at all. All i did was make a hyperbole out of some of the threads in this forum complaining about certain things that make the soviets OP. |
So, something i have noticed. Combat engineers cost only 170 mp and pioneers cost 200mp.
I feel this creates a horribly unbalanced situation in the sense that soviets can get repairs on their very overperforming tanks much cheaper. Also, i think combat engineers should have reduced fighting abilities, if you use combat engineers correctly, and put them in green cover, they can beat even the elite german grenadiers. This is a pure example of very bad design. Also, i think that having the ability to lay both democharges and mines is too much. I also think that mines need to be nerfed and be at least 100 munitions. Also, german grenadiers should not take damage from mines. That would make alot of sense realistcly since aryan born people have very thick skin which means that mines made by inferior soviet people should not damage them. I also think that democharges are also too much. They should not harm tanks, since german tanks had such thick armor that explosives could not harm them, especially those made by inferior slavic hands. IRL the only reason why soviets won is because they drowned the germans in corpses and hulls of t-34s.
It would be also a very realistic idea to remove the main gun from soviet tanks, soviets IRL were to stupid to fire their main gun, let alone create one, that's why they resorted to ramming tactics.
please don't take this seriously |
i wonder how exactly will the king tiger do for example VS an IS-2.
In reality both were quite the equal match because the king tigers armor while impressive on paper, was of very poor quality due to Germany losing some very critical reserves of certain materials required to make good armor. Altho king tiger i think still had a slight advantage due to a gun with more penetration. And of course the king tigers much higher rate of fire. |
i don't have a problem with it.
Tanks were the bread and butter of WW2. No army could do without them.
Don't have tanks? If you don't have tanks, you dont have an army.

roses are red, violets are blue and im stuck on the eastern front and so are fucking you! |
Id prefer the CP increase/ tier 3/4 - BP 3 limit. Now single call in t34/85's, KV-1's, Shermans, and Stug III E's will also be limited? Heavy tanks, people. IncrMediums are killable.
This problem wasnt as strong before... because panzerwerfer and katyusha werent crap and the panther was the best tank on the field. Now BP 4 is absolute junk and tier 4 has only the su-85. Even if its the only dish left and they are starving, no one is going to eat that escargo. Call ins are much better and only a bit more expensive than the stock counterparts. #1: Call ins are overperforming. #2: I cant stress this enough, several stock tanks will never be bought because they are either crap or too expensive. Su-76m, katyusha-panzerwerfer, t-70 is highly situational and has a very small window (and its barely cheaper than its better t34), brummbar for being t4. No one likes teching because stock units are boring, simple, and pretty garbage for their
price.
Since call ins are overperfoming, i shall suggest a solution. Nerfs, Cp increases, and price increases.
Tiger and IS-2: Pushed back 2 more CP's and fuel costs to 300.
ISU-152: I think you can all imagine what will happen to this. Even after all that, price to 320 fuel.
Elefant: Health decrease to former ISU-152 level, if it isnt already (dont worry, ISU-152 suffers that and worse) and possible armor decrease. Also a price increase to 320.
(Both ele and isu pushed back 2 CP)
Stug III E and KV-1: Pretty fine, no complaints about them.
T-34-85: This overperforming piece of equipment. Reduced to single call in; pushed back two cp, health and armor logically reduced to the t34/76, minimum fuel price at 150 fuel and 420 manpower.
Sherman: IF too problematic, then it shall share the same price and CP as the t-34-85.
Oh, hey, people are using stock tanks now again.
Oh, so you want call ins to be completely useless don't you? Increasing the cost would make teching EVEN more USELESS, because you would not be able to supplement your tech with call ins.
Also, wow, t-34/85 overperforming? How so, if those nerfs would take place, you would have a tank that loses to A PIV while being 45 fuel more expensive. The t-34/85 armor reduction would make no sense since t-34/85 had better armor t-34/76. ISU-152/ele price increase would make it IMPOSSIBLE to supplement your core army with your ele/isu IMPOSSIBLE.
Honestly, all it needs i think is to be pushed back a few cp. Tiger, IS-2 could do at 13 cp, T-34/85 could do at 10 cp, ISU,ELE - 14 cp. Either that or make call ins require tech.

T-34/76 is superior to the KV-1. And that actually makes sense. The reason why USSR stopped making KV-1s is because a KV-1 was more expensive and t-34/76 did everything that the kv-1 could do for cheaper. |
holy shit. Now i think i've seen everything....
Guess you do really hate combined arms do you? |
Whoever says that Panther is fine as it is (cost and performance) needs to L2P or play germans from time to time and use only Panthers. And at every lost battle, they should pay 100 bucks. After that, we can begin to talk.
Related to Panther performances - you are afraid of its former efficiency? Then let Panther as it is, but derease costs. And this should be substantial, otherwise the presence of panther on the battlefield will be no frequent than it is today.
I'm talking about 130 fuel cost, and a small decrease on mp also (like 20).
Ok, so a t-34/85 costs 130 fuel and you want a panther buff statwise AND also being 130 fuel? WHAT?
Also mark target does not increase penetration chance, it only increases damage done when penetrated.
Flanking a panther with 85s is a very hard thing to do, because panther has the same speed as an 85. |
panther is OK if your opponent goes for either T3 or T4, by the time you get your panther, assuming you stalled decently with paks or something, has 2-3 t-34/76s out, which the panther can compete with quite nicely.
However if your opponent goes for call in tanks you are SCREWED.
It's more of an issue with call ins i think that with the panther itself. It's a bit too expensive, but otherwise its OK. |
