If you actually removed the "shooting through buildings" from the Jagdtiger...what would distinguish it from the Elefant??

And whats the difference between King Tiger and Tiger? Are You saying that KT should get some gamebreaker ability just to be someway different than Tiger? Same thing. |
Just remove Jadgtiger ability to shoot through obstacles and remove ISU AoE. |
Just build Ostwind, Flak Truck or T4. T4 is not good as Ost or Flak Truck but still can destroy planes very easily.
My Flak Truck, in 4v4, killed 12 planes in 18mins so there is a way to repel P-47.
Just build hard-counter for air support. |
Shermans, Shermans everywhere... I'm sick of it. Pershing is not super, wow, gamewinner units (that would be Super Pershing). Pershing is very powerful medium tank or decent heavy tank. It was able to stand 1v1 against Panther and had a chance to penetrate Tiger. I think USF deserve to have a late-game unit which can fight Panthers. Just compare AT options (penetration =/+200)
OST: Panther, Tiger, Tiger Ace, Elephant, Pak43, Pak40.
OKW: Raketen, Jadgpanzer, Panther, Command Panther, King Tiger, Jadgtiger.
SU: SU85, ZiS3, ISU152, IS2, KV2, B4
USF: Jackson, P-47(?).
So... USF have 1 unit with penetration 200 (I dont count Priest) that has to face armor even over 500...
Jumbo won't change anything. Another useless Sherman in late-game with bad penetration.
Yesterday I had 4v4. 1 Jackson and 3 E8. Jadgtiger was almost dead - just 1 hit. No way to flank. I lost 2 E8 and 1 Jackson before 1 shell could penetrate front armor.
Pershing is needed.

I actually think the IL-2 bomb strike will now no longer kill the PAK-43. It used to drop 4 bombs at the same spot, so every bomb would do damage to the PAK43, wrecking it every time. Now that they are dropped in a line, the outer 2 bombs probably won't even hit it.
The IL-2 strike is now harder to completely dodge, but it does less damage to targets that can't/won't move because the damage is done in a line rather than in a concentrated spot.

What nerf? It still can lock down Allies in first 1-4mins. I would rather see Kubel as mobile-chasing unit than mobile suppression unit or leave it as it is but switch with MG and make it 0 CP doctrinal.

Wether Jagdtiger nor ISU are useless, they require just way more action by the player imo.
I lean on someones post (sorry, can't remember) that ISU is now more like Sturmtiger. If you click on moving units in will shoot ground = it's not tracking down. |

Why return? Elephat is useful unit all the time. All you need is good support.
If ISU can hardly hit anything right now it leaves SU without long range AT. Prepare for IS2 in every game crushed by Elephant.
I dont get these changes. I mean Jadgtiger should be albe to auto-fire but not through obstacles.
Same with ISU, just reduce AoE. Make it more like Brummbar rather than making it useless. |
Lot of gameplay changes. Good, but what about whole rest? Callins, ost t4, su76, sov snipers etc?
Assumption that 3 Shermans are equal to Tiger is wrong.. Maybe in perfect world without support like schrecks but right now Tiger often can run away while 2 Shermans are destroyed. No bleed for Axis, huge bleed for usf |
