It's Air strike and all faction have access to AA units so just use them as a counter rather than nerf planes and forget about them. JU just need to be toned down a bit so it won't kill medium with 1 strafe. In: COH2 Balance

Easy to say when you have Elephnat, Tiger, IS or ISU. Why USF players pick up Airborne 80-90% of games? For Paras, yes, but it's easier to get LMGs for Rifles. It's because of P47. It's must-have ability in late game because there is no other way to deal with Panthers, King Tiger and stuff like that. P47 is right now only way to deal with heavies so nerfing it should go hand in hand with some new late-game AT option so you have option how to deal with heavies. In: COH2 Balance

I think Tiger, Panther and King Tiger are over performing because it's impossible to kill them without IS or ISU. Sorry, but what do you expect? Kill IS with Pz4? Keep in mind that IS turret is very slow so in fact you can kill it with Pz4. On the other hand it's unlikely to kill Tiger with t34/76. In: COH2 Balance

Try performing the test a bit more times, like at least 100 (though preferably more). Also, from a purely stat point of view, it doesn't make any sense that IS-2 wins with TA more at long range - after all, IS-2 loses more of it's penetrating power at longer ranges than the TA. TA has 180 pen at long range vs 220 at short. That's ~22% more pen at short range than long. IS-2 has 190 pen at long range vs 250 at short. That's ~31% more pen at short range than long. As it shows, IS-2 gains more from closing in. Im mobile, I dont have numbers in front of me, but Tiger has 43% chance to penetrate, IS has 65%. Thats the key. In: COH2 Gameplay

And the TA has the biggest edge at long range (which in your video it lost). it's not pure RNG. It's about distance. TA should not win at any range. It won 3/10 fights so... It;s very simple. If you have vet 3 IS-2 and see Tiger Ace, keep it at 30-40. In: COH2 Gameplay

M20-> Schrecks AA truck - Puma Stuart - Puma Blob - Luchs Sherman - Panther Paras - Obers And all can hit the field ~1min after or sometimes even earlier than units they should counter. On the other hand... Truck push - no hard counter. Kubel - no hard counter. Ok, M20 but it hits the field ~4min Puma - No hard counter. Sherman but while Puma is around 6min, Sherman is 10-13min. Obers - Sherman, but Obers can be deployed around 9min while Sherman 10-13min. Depends on teching. And when you get Sherman to counter Obers, OKW will get Panther really, really soon.
