Thread: Off the top off my head Balance Fantasy4 Jan 2015, 11:17 AM USF: Bazooka stil useless, no matter if it's cheaper. No nefr for Paras with double LMGs? No nerf for LMGs at all? We all know Relic won't implement any "tanks upgrades" so it's pointless to think about something like this. OKW: No nerf for Obers? KT front is OK. Just give allies better AT options. Nerfing long range acc is a one way but we will still face blobs. I would rather see different options like MP40 or MP44 upgrade for Volks (OKW lacks of close-combat units) and fausts (this has to come with raketen buff). Schrecks could be used by Stormpios OR reduce Obers cost to 350, reinforce to 35 and give them 90 muni upgrade for LMG or 120 muni upgrade for double schreck. Elite infatry with elite weapon is more welcome than shit infantry with elite weapon. Whole veterancy system is broken. Vet 5 Volks with better survablity than vet 3 Shocks... Ability to deploy Pak43 and King Tiger is a bit broken in my opinion... King Tiger should is a reward for teching. If it is reward, all faction should get something similar for technig. Otherwise make it doctrinal. Panzer IV form HQ after converting 2 trucks is a nice option or Panzer 3 after 1 truck. (but we know Relic won't do anything with it). Ostheer: Just switch teching cost with buildings cost so you can tech really cheap and skip Pz4 for Tier 4. Soviets: No guards buff? Thery are useless right now. Give back old button, buff DP gun or give PTRS chance for crit or something. IS armor is fine (just like KT's). 50% increased time to build Maxim is not a solution. With that you are healing effect not the cause. Other changes are OK. In: Lobby

Thread: KV1?4 Jan 2015, 09:32 AM I'm using counter attack all the time so I know something about KV-1. I think there are only 2 ways to make use from KV1. First: stack KV-1 with SU85 behind. It's really deadly combo for Tigers and Panthers. Yet you can be countered by infantry easily. Sceond: Garden T4, rely on ZiS (risky) and then just spam KV1s. 1 KV1 is not useful, 2 are still easily countered, but of you have 3, nothing can stop them. Garden schrecks, garden Panther. Just go forward and shoot. When one has less than 50% HP, cover it behind 2 others. Only really massive AT attack (Pak40, raketen, schrecks, panthers) can stop 3 KV1. when all 3 have about 50% retreat and repair. Only threat to KV1 are Elephnat, Jadgtiger and Pak43 but that's why you have B4 It's not designed to flank like T34, it does not have good AT power like SU but 3KV ale always better (more universal, less chance to lose them) than 3 SU85s or 3 T34/76. Altough I feel like exp needed to vet should be little lower. It's not hard to get vet 3 with SU, Sherman, Jackson but it's really hard to get vet 3 with KV1. In: COH2 Balance

I mean sweepers should be equipped to find demo, but when u found it it is normal that u can shoot at it, u know why? because it is on surface! Demo is not small like mine, it is's huge compared to mine. And mines are buried under ground. I dont know are u trolling me or u are really this stupid. I don't know what is inside demo, what explosive are inside but some of them need explosion to launch while shooting at it won't do anything. Like I said, I'm good with sweepers. That is a good price for a demo, and demo should have a weakness, not squad wipe unit that cant be defused unless u got 60 muni and 10 sec of time. Dont know what is more valuable in a battle of those two... You can put same argument on arty, i spend 250 munition on this arty, your units cant leave this sector for nothing, because it was expensive like hell. If demo is left like this, then price needs to go up for 30 mun, or axis should get one too and it stays like it is... Or u can defuse on safer way that doesn't depends on RNG and how much muni you got, like making demo a target that you can shoot at it, most logical solution. For what are you paying 60muni? Comparing to off maps is really stupid. It has a weakness. You have to look at it all the time to know when to use it. You can'y just forget about it like about mines. Defusing something with small fire, without any upgrade like sweepers. I'm done So why don't we defuse mines with small fire? Hmmm? Remove vet 4&5 from OKW and you can nerf demo. In: COH2 Balance

I was little confused myself in fact ^^ Point is, OKW and USF should not have forward retreat point if Soviets and Ostheer don't have. Thread: OKW sdkfz 251/17 Flak Halftrack3 Jan 2015, 14:05 PM I hate units with some many bullets per burst. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think there is historical mistake in game or look at last sentence. We have 251/17 flak, right? Well, this version was ONLY AA unit. In game we have version made for Luftwafe (you can figure this out thanks to opening sides ). First version was unable to engage infantry with main gun, only MG. Version for Luftwafe was able to attack ground objects. But there is one problem. Only 11-15 were made! So I'm asking, how the hell such rare unit gets into game?! Same for Luchs (143) and in III 1945 there were less than 200 of PzII (not Luchs) so we can guess than number of Luchs at that time was a way under 100. What's more, it was a scout unit (sneaky mode) but in game we have infantry-terminator. Sturmtiger, Ostwid... Someone in Relic's HQ must love Nazis units... In: COH2 Balance
