lower RNG across the board
cp2 russian elite troops
fix input delay for international players IE: euro vs australian
pay some youtube celebrity to play it, and put it on sale

this does not fix the input delay, noticeably or marginally. don't bother with this download to fix the input delay. learn to play with it, because i don't think it's ever going to go away. |
