Thread: The state of Sturmtiger18 Jul 2021, 19:23 PM I'll post the link when it's up, but in AE's New Battlegrounds tournament final there was a game where Kimbo won the game because of the sturmtiger. It let Kimbo wipe individual squads and push at guns. It was exciting to watch but I've played games like that too. I'm going tit-for-tat with my opponent and things are generally balanced or even slightly in my favour... but then my opponent brings out a sturmtiger and I start losing squads one by one. Frankly, I don't think that units like this or abilities should be in the game. They're not fun and, while they're not instant-win buttons, they make things frustrating. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Will relic be checking coh2.org forums for feedback?13 Jul 2021, 21:41 PM From what I've heard so far today it sounds like the community has been involved from the earliest stages. Whiteflash has his two coh3 wishlist stories on here and those received a lot of attention. Relic definitely took those into consideration. They've also hired two community members. I'm not sure who but I'm pretty sure one of them is Monolithic Bacon. All in all, it looks like they've had the chance to take their time with this and they've been working on mixing the best of coh1 and coh2 into a game that us hardcore, longterm fans will love while staying up to date with what newer players want to experience. If you’re interested in running a Company of Heroes 2 tournament and want some advertising on the front page of coh2.org and its social media I’m your man. I've got experience writing announcements and updates for the Master League. You can find a list of those posts here to get an idea of what yours would look like. An introduction to your liking — funny, serious, or something else — and then important tournament information. All this for not even a pretty penny! I can also post on forums like Reddit and Steam to help you get the word out. If you'd like, announcements can also be made on coh2.org's official social media platforms such as the Discord server, Facebook page, Twitter, and Steam group. We'll get the word out! A high-quality and informative coh2.org tournament announcement will include almost all of the items below: One art image of 850x252 pixels The art should have a logo and/or words to indicate what it is. This used to be the workaround when they broke doing it properly and I'd have to assume it is still broken.
