Thread: Looking for some mentoring21 May 2021, 08:46 AM Hello all, I'm a 1v1 player and last night I realised I could use some help :-) I mostly play USF. Last night I was beaten to a pulp by someone who pulled 3 222's out at once and the next game as OKW I met a huge Russian Blob which ended in a blob of 5 tanks. I know my basics but appearantly I am missing some key points. I watch quite some 1v1 FPV games and I guess just a couple of sessions might get me on the right path. I hope someone can help me out. Thread: Need advice on USF vs Ostheer Blob tactics18 May 2020, 08:56 AM 0 VS redviper Zarastro 8 Beginner: How to handle Blob by: Invader_Slordge map: Angoville 1 - Hello, Could someone please give me some tips on handling an Ostheer blob as USF. I was doing okay in this game. I held half of the map most of the time and it was going back and forth. I lost my Stuart in a stupid way by not paying attention. I used a mortar to dislodge heavy machine guns from the houses. But than this ostwind shows up and the opponent starts blobbing around it with grenadiers and shreked panzer grenadiers and I didn't know what to do. My AT would die in the hands of this blob and I could only cap around it and avoid the fight. And then the Tiger showed up and it was pretty much gg. Any advice is welcome.
