If anything the Soviet/USF clown cars are slightly weaker than before vs OKW. The free reign period is exactly the same, but now instead of only having 1 shreck team to worry about for a minute or two after the first truck is up, you now have to worry about every volks squad. USF and Soviet clown cars don't have impressive long range DPS and you have to close in with these units to do any significant damage.

The difference is, should every rifleman become a moving smoke projector now that they actually have a mortar.

The reason why Rifleman have smoke in the first place is since Pak Howitzer cannot fire smoke (that doesnt kill the rifleman :/ ), and they lack any other means of getting it. To clear garrison, it was Smoke + nade for USF while for OKW it was flame grenades from volks gren.

So that is the reason why I propose, USF should be forced to use the mortar that they now have to provide smoke against team weapons.

You sound like an angry kid that just seeks revenge. Guess what ? Current OKW winrate is not even dominating anything at high skill level, do you really think it should be nerfed from 3 angles ? Now the real question: do you want this game balanced ? Or just wish it was axis rape party ? In this case, have fun with 100% allies search time once patch hits.

Complete disaster is incoming. I bet the OKW winrate is going top drop MASSIVELY. As it has been said, the patch not only removes handheld AT from volks (which make the faction super vulnerable to light vehicles -i doubt current state Rak43, even with faust suppport will be enough-), but also rapes the faction economy (and field presence) with side techs.

One of these change might be OK, but both at the same time is overkill.
