If the price is too high, dont buy it. Steam has great deals. If you bought it and didnt like it, learn. Are you looking for a triple A game? $40 bucks is much for a single player addon, but really what did you expect? This community is toxic. |
Give grens 5 man squads? More of a straight upgrade from volks. Elite armor could be toned down. Players could just develop uber two sniper micro skills.
Realistically its a very fine line between buffing snipers(one of the main reasons for this mod)while not hindering elite armor.

The way I see blobbing is this, games give the players more than they can handle. Its hard for someone to manage individual units over say 8 squads. Yes blobbing is lame, yes blobbers can just "a" move, but look at other games at a competive level. SC2 comes down to the death ball. Economy and other factors sap the players focus. There are players who can pump out 250 actions per minute and yet resort to moving thier entire force at you. There are execptions of course, but the rule is still thier. Human players cant control 8,9,100's of different units. Its just easier to blob. Make mg's actually kill not suppress, they dont have to wipe but comeon, give much more bottle necks where flanking isnt an option but a must. |
Other than "keeping the lights on", I dont think relic or smoking gun will release another patch. Some one would have to pay for it and even though the game sells for 10$, or 30 bundled, there simply isnt enough to breathe new life into the game.
Alot of the feed back ive read has been about skirmish,basic, match ranks. While that is a bummer you cant be any other level than one, it really doenst matter in the running of the game. Im just glad automatch works and leaderboards are accurate.
While i would like to see some changes to the staghound and maybe an updated map pool, I feel like this game is as good as its gonna get. I know I have both coh's but coh 1 will always be a favorite of mine and I will continue to play it untill the lights go out. |
Maybe they should make it where the plane lands out of bounds, but for it to hit in bounds it should destroy anything it hits. Im not saying that this game should be realistic, but come on, I dont want planes to do any damage because it effects me negativly? There is only a handful of units capable of taking down a plane, in the USF case they just spent 200+ muni on an ability designed to take out heavy tanks, and does a poor job imo, for it to just get shot down and do nothing is not a direction this game shouldnt go. |
