Thread: Reasons to build Soviet T4?8 Aug 2014, 21:19 PM After the Katyusha nerf and weak performance of SU76 barrages, i find it hard to effectively hurt OKW infantry blobs in 2vs2/3vs3. Such play style should be easily punished. Shocks are expensive to reenforce and you won`t win the MP war against those blobs that method. KV8 can do some damage but they usually have alot of shreck volks in the mix. I believe the K`s are nerfed too much. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: 2vs2 help15 Oct 2013, 12:00 PM Well Tensai and i used to win against good teams aswell but now for some reason we have trouble with even lower ranked teams. In the past one went T2 (after T1) and the other fast T3 with 2 fuel OP`s as DanielD stated, always getting LMG`s on Grens. Tensai always got a Elephant at some point and i got that Howi doctrine with PAK43. Along with the P4`s a very solid AT counter, adapting as the game progressed. What are your ideas if one goes Osttruppen doctrine? i`ve seen Hans doing it with his buddy but it seems everything is set around keeping your flamer HT alive or get overrun by Shocks midgame. It seems that shocks + At guns + Maxims and Su85 completly counter that ost strat and that it`s only viable early game. Can someone shed a light? thx In: Ostheer Strategies

Without any bulletins (control test) - works as expected 2. With recruit training bulletin (Mortar auto-barrage fires more accurately) - haven't noticed any major changes in barrage ability, but auto-attacks were very inaccurate and it was quite often shooting itself. 3. With veteran training bulletin (Mortar auto-fire more accurately) - same as before, but even less accurate (from my subjective view) Haven't tested soviet mortars yet, but from what I've seen for Ostheer, I'd recommend not to use those bulletins (even one). Thread: PaK-43 viability in the meta game18 Sep 2013, 19:47 PM The Pak43 is a awesome weapon! You need to make sure that infantry cant get near it. Usually i use a mg or mg bunker and/or mines for it. it`s NOT easy to destroy while there are hard counters ofcourse. it`s a good panic button aswell if your low on fuel and need heavy AT. It can shoot through houses/forests so you can glue it behind a house for additional protection. It does need maintenance like repairs and recrewing with pio`s. In combination with a 2vs2 partner who goes for a Elephant.. Man that can be hard nut to crack. In: COH2 Balance
