Barely Having to research it, go to base and buy them for 60muni while having 40 less damage and 50 less penetration against higher armored vehicles. Yep, totally worth it. OKW gives cold inmunity and you can research them even on enemy territory. The utility! It would be interesting seeing the same zook performance n price, but without research cost. In: COH2 Balance

While my prefered solution would be that supressed units having a debuff on range on casting abilities (you can't throw things easily while crawling), i do think that this might also work. The panther is not bad, rather than being able to field them on the first place. OKW and OH panthers ARE DIFFERENT. Some examples: OKW Panther has speed 13.2 in Blitz Ostheer Panther has speed 8.9 in Blitz "Better MGs, higher base accuracy with infinitely better moving accuracy, higher veterancy bonuses with more veterancy levels, stronger blitzkrieg, much less tech costs."
