Scott is a mini ranged Brummbar. The unit on AA is STRONG but the barrage is cute.
IF nerfed, not sure how you would do it. Probably the same route of the Brumm, by makign it more dangerous to use in AA mode (range) and maybe improving/changing the barrage.
What if:
-Replace barrage with fused HE barrage/white phosporous. No cd reduction in this case. Give it a semi strong type of barrage (which would put it between the levels of a stronger mortar barrage but weaker to rocket ones) which would disable AA while it's on cd.
I still think the late game indirect fire department of USF should be carried by the Pack Howie.
Don't want to actually join this conversation but note that Vipper was referring to the fact that the biggest DPS increase actually happened at long range (since you said previously that only their mid-close dps was increased). He was right on this point (and proved it), and you were wrong. Once you understand what he's actually arguing, you realize there was no intent to deceive, since it's all about the relative increases for different ranges, meaning damage numbers (and overkill damage) were not relevant.
Volks actually have 12 damage, not 10. REs have 10 damage though.

Nevertheless, it didn't change the status quo of Conscripts as a unit. More reliable means less annoying results for both parties, but the unit remains the same.
Pls provide a list of the "castrating" nerfs the USF units got that took place in the last 2 years.
No one likes 10mins wins or autowins because you got into the lategame.
Both OH and OKW were made stronger in the early game, specially post rework OKW. In the contrary, USF was nerfed in the early but stronger in the late game.
As a list of things, you could basically mention the whole USF roster.

If you should take out anything from this thread, is what you need to veto with each faction. Not like it's anything new to vet players.
USF vs OKW is a match up on which you are passive till you get out your first officer, try not to get pushed out by a P2 rush and you eventually win on the late game.
You will get outcapped and outnumbered till first officer. Play defensively and focus more on getting advantageous defensive positions (in this case north building) and focus on trading effectively against the SP rather than leaving single units to cap the backline. You really need that garrison and the following 2 rifles. Against OKW with USF, i wouldn't go for the "usual" 1v1 x 2 match up. You are better playing together with your partner in the same side.
What a stupid thread. Of course numbers go up when the game is free. Then the game comes crashing back down when it's no longer free because the engine is sh*t and units move with 3 second response latency because of bad matchmaking and people quit and find better things to do.
Games had gone for free, for limited time. This time it's permanent.
You can actually go to steamcharts and check how it's current peak has not been even scratch by previous promotions.
There should be a final version of the patchnotes, when the patch goes live.
