They are actually player abilities. Just add abilities to the army, or in SCAR via Player_AddAbility, that have ui_group set to group_secondary. |

You're right about that. However, Corsix's Mod Studio was designed for use with CoH1, not CoH2.
You can also use the source .psd files to create the normal. |
