I wanna know if relic considering giving cons a DP lmg upgrade becouse if its not the case then we can basicly bury COH2. Soviet is the main faction of the game and cons are primary soviet infantry are just a capping unit and a xp cannon fodder. They have nothing to put up against long range. Fragile as hell they cant get in the range before half of the squad is dead. Cons don't need lmg upgrade. In: COH2 Gameplay

Is this true? @Katitof His higher win ratio as OKW points that it's easier to win as this faction/ takes less effort or his opponents are lacking challenge. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Quentin :"OKW is the weakest faction"3 Feb 2015, 10:32 AM Or it could be he simply doesn't like OKW, he's got the most trouble playing as OKW or OKW's faction design doesn't suit his play style. Its still his subjective opinion even if he is a pro player. Other thing is his tactics rely on single commander pick and early game domination. In: COH2 Balance

See, problem is Maxim doesn't lock down areas. It can suppress a squad or two but it won't stop blob. Have you ever used Soviet mortar? Besides I prefer to get Penals + flamer than Mortar. Even if I have to clean up a support weapon. Works better. In: COH2 Balance

An AT gun is always useful for the soviets because of barrage. and the mortars an maxim are useful to. I'd still say having to pay so much only to be able to get a ZiS gun is bad value as T1 got all the AI I need. No point to support your Cons with Maxims when you have Penals with flamers and Snipers. It is all about being cost effectiv, but I guess this boils down to bad faction design. It is always frustrating for me to play as Soviet when o just had a game as Wehrmacht when there is answer to everything and you don't have to rely on call ins, cheesy tactics or broken units.
