Hes right though. Even a Blitzing Tiger cant catch or flank a reversing SU85, iirc. Tiger speed 4.7, acceleration 1.5 SU85 speed 5.7, acceleration 2.1 Blitz Tiger speed 6.345, acceleration 2.4 Tiger will easily catch SU85 with Blitz even if you try escape as fast as you can with the SU85, nevermind actually trying to keep it firing at the Tiger.
Do you not see how stupid this paragraph looks like? You whine about pintle upgrade at vet1 being a nerf on the Tiger, and then immediately go on to whine about how pintle upgrade at vet1 on IS2 is a buff. Also as a sidenote the IS2 pintle is hugely more important to it than the Tiger pintle is, damage wise. In: COH2 Balance |

Accuracy on infantry and MGs. Damage on mortars, atguns, artillery. That said, OKW and their one-hit-guarantees-collapse stukas removed the few remaining FHQs you might have seen from the game already. I fully agree with the op, blitzkrieg on Tigers is stupid because it effectively removes the one single weakness (meh mobility) they have. No doubt my playercard is hugely biased as well. I also think the overall balance is dominated by OKW, and Wehr is superbly strong against anything that isn't multiple soviet snipers once the LMG train gets going. In: COH2 Balance |

The popup for exp values you see is command exp. What units receive is entirely different from that, though higher values of command exp generally mean higher amount of exp per damage dealt to that unit as well. The Sturmtiger bulletin seems to be a -% reduction applied properly to the 49 reload duration of the gun. Too bad the reload ability actually just forces an instant reload while having its own duration of 49 seconds, to which the bulletin won't apply. In: COH2 Gameplay |

The thing is, the reward for the current ram is so low, I'll take the ~20% RNG chance that opponent guns misses or crits my T34 instead of attempting a ram, every single time in every single situation. 20% chance of a T34 surviving is better than what Ram gives 95% of the time, and I'm not gonna bet on that 5% happening. And I'm giving Ram the benefit of doubt here by assuming it'll actually work, which it mostly doesn't. Even back when the reward for it was immense, targeting issues were a huge problem. And that hasn't been touched one bit in the stats nerfs of it. In: COH2 Gameplay |

You pay more for conscript reinforce than you normally pay for support weapon members, it's only for panic situations which you might not be in if you had something more useful than conscripts on the field. If you seriously think a 160 penetration (same as faust) engine damage crit is useful for 310mp/100fuel, I have no words. The chance of a weapon crit AFTER PASSING THE PENETRATION CHECK is 5%.
