I have seen not a single abandoned tank for several months. This is not the time a few years ago when a heavy tank was thrown very often and my Steam was packed with these screenshots. Any mechanic who was in the Game is either practically killed or has already been killed. Please stop castrate the Game. If I wanted to play DoW2, I would go to play DoW2. But you want to turn СoH2 into DoW2. If a mechanics tuned down to extremely rare to happen, that means it is not a good mechanics. Why don't get it removed? Apart from saying I'm whining and try to destroy my point as "turning coh2 to DOW2", you can't even point out a single word on why this mechanics is good to the game. And God I had never played DOW2 before Please stop castrate other's opinion as whining. It's just luck if you had not been encountered one in several months. You never face a traffic accident doesn't mean there's not such a thing on earth. And you don't need to witness the earth to trust that the earth is a sphere But I would still pray to God that you'd never face double abandons in a row of your tanks and turned against you. Thread: Abandon29 Jan 2021, 12:18 PM There is millions of aspect to make this game fun and engaging. Also, so many mechanics to make this game full of RNG and uncertainty as IRL. However for God sake please remove or rework this abandon mechanics in multiplayer. A player aggressively played should be punished by a well-organised defence and lose all his tank, but not be punished by that his vehicle turn to the dark side and fight against its former master. Especially a player only spends a hundred of manpower (to reinforce the squad) and a minute or two to get it repaired. It is just annoying and killing this game. At least rework it, maybe a certain amount of oil apart from the models get into the vehicle, or a slightly longer time required to get it fully repaired. So even if it happens, the player had to evaluate if it is worthy to get the bloody tank manned and repaired, but not just man it without a second of hesitation! In: Lobby

Soviet players just called in Guards Guards won't standing long enough to knock out Luchs and Flak. They will simply wiped by the auto-cannon..... And a single ZiS-3 will also easily be flanked by Luchs. Yes Flak seems harder to Flank them, but it's also hard for an AT gun to pursuit In: COH2 Balance

The Overlap of Penals and Cons has also been discussed since the game started, still no changes on them. Even the non-doc upgrades for Cons been discussing since COH2 alive and in April, but not even a little piece of love on them....Dun forget, they used two years to finally swap SU-76 and T-34/76. Meanwhile, the complaints on Con's sandbags has been changed within one day(or two).....But the rifle-grenades still wiping any allies troops and even HMGs at vet 2(before the previous update).... TBH, I dun believe I could see any buff to cons at the last minute, or even in the coming Brits patch...... In: COH2 Gameplay

If Relics reverse the status between MG42 and Maxim HMG, can you the honorable player could accept the MG42 that even couldn't suppress the cons blob as close as that? No, I guess just after the patch goes live for 15 minutes will there be flooded by "MG42 overnerfed" thread. It is no point why I have to buy a mg with 240mp but couldn't do the same like others HMG Just give the Maxim and the Dskh a 80% of even 60% near suppression radius, or buff it like others and nerf some of the setup time, or remain the same but lower the cost and the pop cap. And like in the last twitch, seems Relic confirmed that the maxim receives no change was a bug and they will fix that in next hotfix? If it's real, did they fix that? In: COH2 Gameplay

Because if not, you know, its Relic, and they can totally live with hotfixing blitz bug immediately and leaving maxims bugged for 2 months till next patch. Maybe not 2 months, but two years later....see how long they needed to deal with SU-76M and the tier rebalance...That's something Cruzz could finished on his own within one day. In: COH2 Gameplay

" I am the one who asked in official forum's patch feedback thread about why Maxim receives no near suppression buff. In fact I have keep "protesting" since the last alpha. This official answer has made me once more losing hope. ~~OK in fact I should not have any hopes in them....~~ I would like to say, whatever you say Maxim HMGs can fast reposition, more squad member...etc, A HMG is totally useless as a crowd-control tool while it could even didn't suppress both of the two squads walking together. But I dun think they will even give attention on this, as they even not going to give maxim a half near suppression radius buff to test...~~And all we know is, they have consumed two years to start re-balancing SU-76M~~ And for those who says that maxim should not have such buff becoz of more suqad men and short setup time, or says that Maxim acts like a LMG team, let me ask you one question: will you willing to have a MG-42 increase squad size to six men, and a faster setup time, but you can only have it exactly same status like the Maxim? (Which means no more than one squad could be suppressed by same time, and your acr of fire is also reduced.)
