I did some detective work on coh2stats and I found the following:
The Stuka-Dive Ninja-buff has increased the killing area by at least 5 times (for no reason)
If we look at the stats over at http://www.coh2-stats.com/explosive_weapons/stuka_500_lb_bomb_mp we can conclude that:
- The ninja-buff MUST have added the insta-gib death critical (the radius of the pre-buff and the post-buff Stuka are identical, but the performance is nowhere the same)
- The one-hit-kill radius used to be 6.5
- The proposed nerf (Miragefla's mod) will knock the killing radius down to 9.5 (that's already better than pre-ninja)
Thus, the ninja-buff increased the killing radius from 6.5 to 15 (that's an area).
If the Stuka Dive Bomb wasn't UP before, and nobody ever asked for a buff, why did it merit a 5-times increase of the killing area?

Relic shouldn't have bothered making Stormtroopers then...
Stormtroopers got camo + cloaking means they are better at ambush then Gren, new Gren can fight at close range while retain Rifle nade/Faust which is always useful. I want OH to have something that can hold back Rifle horde late game without resorting to ultra DPS like Obers/Fusiliers or mega wipe like PzWerfer. |
It's better to get a StuG G then get a P4 second. StuG G is so cheap and the p4 comes so late anyway, it's better to have a tank destroyer out on the field for the inevitable allied tank. P4 isn't enough of a shock unit to rush by itself. With the two tanks you have a good chance of killing the opponents tank, which will give you free roam with the p4 to rape all the infantry.
Same here but alternatively you can go Puma/P4 or StugE/P4, both this unit also fits well with P4, the strength of P4 is that it can fit into any army composition while having some of the best vet bonus in the game (I'm looking at T-34!). |
If the T-26 got introduced, I would prefer it to be some sort of alternative units like in ToV, the T-26 will replace T-70 at cheaper price like only 50 fuel cost, same gun stat but moves slower. |
Brit is a one-trick pony since release, it's either simcity or OP AEC or OP sniper and stuff. Playing Brit is frustrating as hell, I would gladly nerf IS if I can get a decent snare and Lelic can do away with Simcity if I can get a decent mortar, Brit's only saving grace is armor because frankly in 1v1 their inf feels like a gimmick unit unlike actual inf like other factions. |

Imo:
Using Intel bulletins now almost make as much difference as using skins.
Less pay2win because the most 'good' commanders got nerfed to the same "meh" level as others.
More pay2win to new players since they still have less choices of gameplay affecting options available( unless you buy them ) and
More pay2win because longer match times less rewarding.
