Correct. I've updated the previous post to properly reflect my point. The Katyusha is still better than it was prior to July 22 excluding the increase in cooldown - which I mentioned is open to being modified. |
We believe the issue is strongly rooted in the structure of the dispatch system rather than the unit itself which is performing as intended. There are changes in the pipeline being tested now, we will provide more detailed information once we are more confident it's the right direction to take.

Cool downs are something we can play with, but damage will likely stay where it's at. Keep in mind the damage vs infantry wasn't reduced relative to where the Katyusha was prior to the July 22 update. In fact, it was increased when it's AOE was changed from 4 to 6, significantly impacting it's performance/lethality at all ranges.

@cruzz, mortars don't heat seek nor do they predict movement. They simply take the target at its current location and randomly position their shell within the scattered radius. The mortar shell doesn't at any point home in on its target, its purely random when it hits or misses. |
We are seeing ELO ratings adjust from the previous patch. As others have noted, the March Deployment resulted in the inflation of German ELO ratings. Many German players are now playing outside of their true ELO rating resulting in more loses than before.
That said, we are looking into the instant squad wipes for a future update. |
Looks good Cruzz, we'll definitely test out some of these changes when we get the chance. For now, we're focused on the two new armies and their interplay with the current two factions. |
Reinforcing cost is fine. Make sure you don't have two units selected at once, or the UI will combine the reinforcement cost of both units. |
The Panther should be at 240, we are looking into it. |
Use AT guns against the Puma, vehicles are not hard counters. AT guns are. Let us know how this works out. |
We will look into this issue Neo. Thanks for bringing it up. |
