Plus, the relation between PGs and penals is exactly the same as between rifles and SPs. Rifles cost less, yet they often win, unless SPs jump them from behind los blocker. Lets also ignore the "adaptable inf in multirole tier vs AI specialist in AI specialist tier" thing as well I hope most of goes life.
