They were never engaged into their "hull down" mode or whatever that actually gives you the resource bonus from what I could tell at least. 2 - The flak was actually penetrating the rear armor of that SU85 for a couple hits rather than the Panther. 1. yes, he didnt set them up. other thant that maybe worth a try.
