^@sluzbenik Öhhmmm i don't know about that... I dont wanna argue who needs more micro, but I can tell you for sure I would always want to play the faction who needs more.
But let me tell you why I play more as Germans:
First of all, I am German. (So I might be a bit biased.)
I like the smaller, but therefore better units more, same reason why I play Protoss opposed to the Swarm/Soviets.
I am all about efficiency. It is cooler to beat a bigger army with more advandced troops/tech.

The tanks: They have way better names^^ IS2=Joseph Stalin? Lame. Tiger? Marder? way "cooler"
And I love the German Tank design (not that big of a deal but for example the tanks in WoT. I just like the form and design more.) The Looks!

Also I am sure my Worldview (education, society, videos on the internet, cold war) gives me a negative Soviet image (no not because of the campaign, pls don't discuss about it here.) And with negative I mean not negative in general or about the people who live there!, but hmmm... . And here I am mostly talking about the modern world.

And because I have to deal with people who speak only Russian in DotA2, even if I am in the queque for ENGLISH language.

I would like it because surpressen pinned Squads take less damage and you can retreat them.

What is the reinforce Cost for Soviet MG?
I thought it is always (BuildingManpower/2)/number of models.

1 second delay, hell no. It forces a complete reload (6sec).

@Porygon: Don't be so negative. I am pretty sure its still easyer to flank German Mgs than Soviets, because of Orah! and the Setuptime. Conscripts kill German Mgs still faster than Grens kill Maxims. (Grens and Cons do the same damage per rifle, but Grens have 1.5 Armor. Hmgteams have 1 armor. Therefore Cons do 1,5x damage to Mgs.)

Also Molotov.
Furthermore Soviets are better against buildings (Molotov)(longer setuptime).

Soviet Snipers are still better. (Not sure about the changed mortars).

If your enemy has too many MGs they get utterly destroyed by Scoutcars, and Soviets can have them faster than FlamerHT.


Aaaand: Just wait a bit more before crying op.

The vet abillity no longer does aoe damage, and the stun doesnt work too?.
It simply kills one entity. And even that not reliably .

Can anyone confirm this?

Edit: I tested it again, sometimes he does stun, sometimes he doesnt, still not sure if he ever does aoe dmg.
