I don't think spectating 14 games on ladder means you should radically redesign everything about Ostheer, a faction design that has lasted mostly intact since 2013.
What the Hell are you talking about. Release(even as far back as 2017) Wehr is no where near the same thing as Wehr. Tier skipping completely gone there is no such thing anymore(frankly it's the whole god damn communities fault that non linear teching has been eradicated from all factions). The basic philosophy of the faction is no longer the what it was even as far back as just 2017 let alone 2013(but that can be said for all factions really). |
A mix of coh1's resource/territory system combined with all QOL and UI improvements would be nice for coh3. As for mechanics bulletins should go and every on should have access to every commander a faction has or at lest that should be the case for competitive play. Also the commanders should be completely reworked for coh3 imo. |
Well firstly, I'm not really sure its possible to make X unit fire slower if there is another one near it.
I'm saying give it longer cooldown/reload at short rage compared long range.

There is no such thing as a "heavy tank destroyer", to begin with. The closest thing might be a FireFly, but even its is debatable, its still effective against all targets, same with SU-85. They are more vulnerable to mediums, but thats it.
Even in theory, if you lower RoF of Jackson it will achieve nothing. It still will be better then any sherman, if you need to counter any type of tanks.
Or they cooldown for Tank destroyers and make them fire slower at closer ranges so that if a Jackson gets flanked by a p4 it has to wait more time between shot than p4 and you know be countered. |

It means the two abilities (flare/scope) are way too similar:
- both give sight at a part of enemy frontline
- both are available at the same vehicles
- both are limited in use by the current location of that vehicles
The recon plane can be used anywhere, giving you sight anywhere. So it is a completely different recon ability. Swapping it for an ability that its pretty similar to another existing one in the same commander is a waste of a commander ability slot. Its like having two close combat elite units at the same commander which only differ in the grenades they use.
