Oh, Gosh - please stop demonizing Russians. "Kill the German" was a poem written by Soviet journalist Ilia Erenburg. These words were written during summer of 1942, hardest time of war for USSR.
There were no German civilians in USSR in 1942, only German soldiers. So these words were about hate to German soldiers not civilians. Funny that this video shows Goebbels's propaganda. You can find Soviet analogues of showing German crimes on Youtube but I think you won't find it interesting - I can't understand how people may regret about German civilians and don't matter about Soviet civilians who suffered of Germans. Double standards, my ass.
