And if you pick a doctrine you get a second smoke canister . Also it would be nice if the scout cars got a tiny HP buff at vet 2, maybe +10HP to 170HP, so AT guns and tanks don't one-shot them. What he said is that Soviets can clear buildings more easily with a more common unit after getting a cheap upgrade than the Germans can, which is true. No need to exaggerate, it does nothing to help your argument. Whether this disparity means anything in the grand scheme of balance is another issue though- honestly I don't think it does. Thread: Stream doesn't appear on the list22 Jan 2014, 03:11 AM I've checked, my twitch account isn't private, and I set it to 'playing- company of heroes 2'. Even if I didn't, though, it doesn't show my stream online at all, just offline with '3 minutes ago' for example. Don't think there's any stream delay too, I'm just using the standard ingame twitch connection. Even then the stream doesn't appear after half an hour or more after I go online anyway.
