You had 2 squads of ass-grens and didn't manage to chase of single Con squad, you cannot blame ass-grens for that. PPSH was never a rarity in the field- they've been a perennial favourite throughout the game's short history. The Guard Rifles commander, I bet, has probably been the single most used commander in 1v1 overall. In: COH2 Balance

III E didn't had any howitzer, only low velocity gun. It was meant to be close infantry support and destroy soft targets and fortifications. Basically things that soviets don't have. Also(yes, I'm going to say it, because why not, its used as argument in soviet case) you pay no tech costs to get this cheap armor. From thefreedictionary.com: Normally a cannon with a tube length of 20 to 30 calibers; however, the tube length can exceed 30 calibers and still be considered a howitzer when the high angle fire zoning solution permits range overlap between charges. See also gun; mortar. The StuGIIIE has low velocity gun of 24 calibers long, firing a shell with comparatively high explosive content compared to the higher velocity variants of the 75mm guns. Not saying it's a bad commander, because it certainly isn't- it just wasn't free, and people would just default to Shock Rifle Frontline for call-in tanks - and it had shock troops to boot. Nobody considered it a bad ability by any means- it just came with a bad commander (NKVD) and one that's premium (AA), so it never received very widespread use. In: COH2 Balance

Also I take it on the site they mentioned this commander to have Gaurds, but ingame it actually doesn't. If I was this inconsistent in my dayjob I wouldn't last long tbh. From the steam page- "A T-34/85, with a powerful 85mm gun, can be requisitioned for the battlefield." Also no mention of Guards anywhere, unless Steam screwed up or I'm looking at a different page In: COH2 Balance
