This is what axis have to deal with. OKW are forced to go for raketens to handle the allied light vehicles. That's Manpower tied up in AT when you REALLY need AI to handle the rifles and cons. Is that not also a joke? It's also brainpower tied up in macro and micro trying to catch the damn vehicle that'll be sent round the map where your raketen isn't. The focus and resources required to destroy these vehicles is considerably less than the focus and resources required to use them. I think that's disbalance. Until now Allies haven't had to deal with such an early squad-wipe vehicle. I'd prefer it if neither side had to, I think it's no fun to end the infantry stage so quickly. So now allied players will have to deal with the same frustrating issues. In: COH2 Balance

You believe anything the companies tell you. Alright. Have you ever run a company? I run a tiny company and it can be hell making sure you get enough cash coming in on time to pay your staff. Especially in software development where you have to send your staff on training courses, have them doing work that isn't possible to monetize for several months, etc. How much have you paid Relic since you started playing? My guess on average is everyone has paid 40-60$ over several years. The playerbase is not huge. Do the math. We are not entitled to free products. We are not entitled to free expansions or add-ons. If we want the game to stay online, we have to pay for that service. If we want the game to be improved, we have to pay for that service. Perhaps you've not entered the work world yet but when you do and someone comes to you saying "oh hey, I'm annoyed 'cos I paid 5 bucks for your product and now I want more but I find it disgusting that you don't provide it for free!". Then you'll understand. I wish they'd make more DLC, make more money and hire more staff who'll improve the game. If you like COH2, you should hope so too. In: Lobby

Please read more carefully instead of getting angry and filling your posts with pictures of guys' heads. Clown car with flamer and USF AC come out very fast and have a (in my opinion) negative effect on gameplay and game progression. The same as what you're saying about the Luchs. In: COH2 Balance

Even when I didn't rush lights, and let the game drag on I was easily able to roll him after I got 2 P4s. Beating your friends is not objective information. No-one else knows their skill level, if they play much, if they're tired, if they usually play axis. That information is useless. You'll have to play about 30-50 games in automatch vs players of a similar ability AND compare notes with other players in the community before you can come to any useful conclusions. Why not wait it out instead of panicking? The OKW changes do seem very strong. I'm sure some of them will be changed back before patch release or shortly after. But until now OKW have been suffering badly. Clown cars, rifle flamer blobs, offmap spam and a whole list of issues. They needed the buffs. I managed to get a luchs in 4 minutes and 30 seconds, I could have gotten it faster if I didn't upgrade thorough salvage. My methodology: 2 kubelwagon start. Cap with kubels and sturmpio until face resistance (5 strat poitns + fuel point usually) Call in truck after second kubel Immediately upgrade mechanized command with truck when it gets on map Build volksgrenadier. Build a mine or two in base, place kubels ontop of mine. Grenade with volks. Salvage both kubels. Build luchs. I also had a panzer iv by around 11 minutes, and if I actually wanted to I could cut that down to less than 10 minutes using the luchs to cap more territory. EDIT: Did a more efficient run. Managed to have the Luchs on the field a 4 minutes and 24 seconds. Here's the replay for those of you with the patch preview downloaded. To put this in perspective guys, this is about as fast as you can get a flame engineer in a scout car as Soviets. 0 VS Dullahan CPU - Expert Fast Luchs- December Patch Preview by: Dullahan map: Kholodny Ferma 1 - And while you're spending time, mapower and munitions smashing kubels, your opponent is taking the map. If he's Soviet, he can get two AT guns for the same manpower cost as Kubels + Luchs. It may be the case that Luchs needs delaying but this is not an objective test. In: COH2 Balance

Even with what I said they would still be stronger in every single way then they are right now. With the current changes they are batshit OP. And you have to be pretty biased not to see it. They might be OP with the changes, you're right. But we haven't had a chance to see it yet. Are you worried about an OP issue because you want the game to be balanced for all factions and fun for everyone? Or because the faction you play against may now be OP? Soviet Clown-car and US AC have always come out fast. Though I agree with you that light vehicles should come out later (or be weaker so as to have less impact on the game) Would you agree that allied light vehicles should also be delayed or just OKW's? While it's true that it's a copy-paste, I don't see any reason for the proposed change. A lot of abilities and weapons are also copy-pasted. Molotovs/incendiary grenades. I just wanted to get some un games today as Ostheer to try fun strats. But the Brits mines are completly insane. I walked on 3 times with Pios, and PzGrens. Result? All 3 squad wiped. I belive it's not only issue with Brits mines cause one day OKW mines, during one game, wiped my full health Shocks and Cons. Im fine with killing 3 models, which leaves chance to escape but it is damn insane when ~ 30ammo AT mine is wiping left and right. Long long time ago there was a problem like that with SU mine. 35 ammo for wipe. It was fixed, but Im afraid somehow this issue is back again. Is it true that some time ago Relic increased radius of mines to prevet "ghost" mine doing nothing to the tank? Ive never checked it but it seems, this may be the source of the problem. Big +1. All mines of all factions need to be fixed to stop them wiping squads so easily. OR the squad-clumping needs to be fixed. In: COH2 Gameplay
