On narrow and long retreat maps, conscripts doesn't fit well and that's why most of russian players doesn't make 3-4 conscript start. Thread: Jove (Royal Engineer) vs. Sotjador (Spearhead)1 Jun 2016, 20:49 PM I watched the replay (live) and you really did good. I thought you would win when your p4 came. Pwerfer is not a good idea. You should have kept getting the sides (both fuels) as you did but you failed with a couple of unnecesary attacks. 1-Ur sniper on the left fuel was killed in retreat. Just deny the fuel. 2- You lost the game when you made the push at the front of his base with 2 paks, ostwind and Tiger from the right side. In my oppinion, keep VP's use some bunkers late game,decap his fuel, and try to get middle vp with smoke from mortar. About destroying the Bofors... with the UKF commander is hard but with the tanks you had when you lost at the front of his base, if you force a Embrace, after that is your time to focus all to the target. You can always drop smoke and attack ground with PAK, tiger and ostwinds so the AT guns will get hard to hit you. Drop fire from mortar HQ after that to prevent repairing. In: Replays

I noticed that caches seem to play a big role in the bigger team games. The enemy team usually had 3-5 of them all over the place. Holding all fuel points had next to no impact. Thread: 2vs2,3vs3 and 4vs411 Apr 2016, 13:22 PM In my humble oppinion,in 3v3 and 4v4 games, axis have to play secure, that means no initial risk, and playing stick toguether to hold at least Fuel, VP and ammo (in that order). you will face a lot of blobs (mg's are needed and bunkers)you will face a lot of arty (mortar pits, pack howies, priest,etc) by that time you have to stop being so close playing and you should try to punch the enemy. I.E. all focus to a mortar pit. After that you will face late game tanks, KT and panthers are must. Try to veto 5 VP maps and close combat maps. About caches is it fine after werh has at least 1 pak on the field. Werh should have a support role while OKW should punch the enemy and give the werh a forward medic truck. In: Ostheer Strategies
