This is my current set up and I am VERY pleased, I also went for a GTX 780 - not because its the most cost effective but because I wanted one of the best single GPU´s and I could afford it. If the titan runs at max settings and only scores 40+ fps.... then I doubt that you can this game on MAX settings and achieve better than that. A RTS like this should be at LEAST 60 fps with a 1000 euros card. AS I have said before - or does coh2 justify the fps that you can get??
