jup, I can imagine this being helpful for blobs I cannot micro correctly in a give moment.
For example, have 1 for four grenadiers. Can be helpful in a 2v2 to move away from base. Then two of them have LMGs in group 2 and move on attack-move while the other two are in group 3 and need to go closer.
Things like that. Big groups to move in a direction, subgroups to micro further once you get closer to the frontline.
it is the RE squad that really sucks in combat. RE mp cost does not compare well to most other squads in terms of combat power (like the major....). So if you take two units and one of the is a RE, that team will lose the 2v2.
dude please, 1v1 tournaments are fun to watch but overall the 1v1 scene is dying since years.....and not just in CoH2. People wanna play in teams and with friends
I fall in your category. I wanna play with friends. So I play 2v2.
Do you have any long term data on this topic? Is this out there?

Did anybody every play around with ammunition resuplly?
Say a tank comes with 20 shots and then needs a halftrack or base.
An Mg has 100 burst.....
not sure if it would add something good or simply be annoying.
Was this every played around with in mods or similar games?
