usually I search for players after a game. Then I want to find out what happened to my rank, and who was that guy I played against. And I guess this what most people use the ladder for (?). Forget about the top players for a minute, they are not the 99%.
A thought for those searches.
- searching my own rank and finding out to have moved from 23455 to 23555 is a cool info. Adding to that would be to have a few categories. this is a again a vCoH reference. Those levels were nice. something to look at, to say, ok, I want to move from 12 to 13 next month.
- and for searching my own rank, is there a way to put a link in the after game screens? preferably even opening in the steam browser to stay in the game? Would probably let lots of people find out, there is a way to look that up. And a pretty nice source for website traffic. Already discussed?
- for searching other players: how come you can display my steam display name but I cannot search for it? even if I would find more than one gunther09, that search would come really handy.
And of course: thanks a lot for having what we now have!
