Thread: How to deal with Soviet mg spam24 Jun 2013, 00:05 AM So this game just shows how annoying the Soviet mg spam can really be, took me two mortars all game to finally clear most of it. The SU-85 is really good against p4 I noticed, if it is supported by an at gun or second SU-85, however if you have one more p4 than SU-85 it's dead. Enjoy! In: Replays
Thread: EPIC 2v2 FIGHT TO THE DEATH23 Jun 2013, 04:32 AM This was probably one of the best 2v2 games I've ever had. Serious fight to the finish. Throughout the game we had to deal with Soviet mortar spam and Guards Rifle spam, t-34/85 Medium tanks, and SU-85s. It would keep going both ways with most of the fighting on the left hand side. Our grens would get constantly cut down by the mortars so it was hard to keep vet on them, and our p4s and stugs were getting ravaged by Soviet at guns, air support, t-34/85s, and SU-85s. I hope this replay shows people how crappy the Tiger tank is in-game, SEGA really needs to buff up either the armor or the gun for it because honestly it's similar to a T-34/85, which is crap, range is very limited, and it's penetration is pathetic. Other than that though the game was a hell of a fight. Enjoy watching it! In: Replays
Thread: Great Comeback21 Jun 2013, 18:42 PM So after getting pinned at my base by this German player, I am left with 1 at-gun, 3 conscripts, a shock troop squad, very little ammo, and almost no fuel against a large gren army, mgs, panzergrens, a p4 and a stug. I was hoping for P4CT, but discovered I only had 3 cp. I did place a teller, but that was sweeped soon after and I think I never had enough munitions to place any more. Paks die from 2-3 shots by T-70 :/ How does 222 do against T-70? Die I assume.. My bad then, could have sworn I saw only two. But anyway you only had one pak on the field so no surprise it was easily cleared, that's why you need an mg to cover them and more paks when seeing T-70s. Mines near the paks also help. In: Replays
Thread: T-70-spam21 Jun 2013, 17:11 PM Well, in this particular replay I don't think 2 T-70s would be considered spam. Also both you and him were floating a ton of mp and fuel from the middle of the game to the end, so you could have gotten 2 more paks out and replaced your lost gren squads. To counter the spam of T-70s(3 at least) get out 2-3 paks and lay mines near them, takes care of T-70s easily.(Also bait them into the paks with your halftrack since it takes about 7-8 shots from T70 to kill it) In: Replays
