-Heartbreaking Loss: Lose 25 Victory Point games by reaching zero points with a 100 or less point difference

Some of the achievement counters on Steam do not work properly or rested to 0, unlike the in-game achievement counters. The in-game achievement counters work properly and contain the records.

The achievements list encountering this issue:
German Battle Medallion (Play as Germans 500 times)
Soviet Battle Medallion (Play as Soviets 500 times)
To the Last Bullet (Finish 500 skirmish or multiplayer matches)
War Games I (Win 100 matches against 1 AI)
War Games II (Win 100 matches against 2 AI)
War Games III (Win 100 matches against 3 AI)
War Games IV (Win 100 matches against 4 AI)
Overwhelming Might (Win 50 games with a point lead greater than 400)
Delaying the Inevitable (Play 50 games against a Soviet opponent that last longer than 45 minutes)

- Soviet airborne guards and German Ostheer unit models won't equip with SMGs after the upgrade.
- The red ghost model does not appear on placing bunkers, emplacements, or command trucks
- AI-controlled units use their original unit abilities after capturing an HMG, AT-gun, or any other manned weaponry (Throwing an AT or bundled grenade)

This happened to my teammate almost every game before he fixed it by deleting his coh2 folder (not the main one but the one in documents) and verifying game files. Not sure if that really fixed it but he was fine since then so it might have helped.

I wrote a full guide about troubleshooting problems, however, not all people know about it. Besides, the desynchronization issues persist, occasionally.
