The icon showed it was active but the mortar didnt do anything Waited like 20 seconds, cancelled and there was no cooldown. Tried again, same thing. I still think your clown car (or any LV regardless of faction) should have been shredded for doing a HQ dive but ah well. It is not an argument because for every time it worked successfully, at least 10x have been failures, as it frankly should be. Still completely ignoring the point.
