Is it me or do the SVT not show up on the models when they pick up the weapons. Engineers & Cons don't show the SVT when equipped. The only models that do show equipped are the penals. |
I was wondering if anyone had advice to help counter OST & OKW in 4V4. I generally build Penals for the dps however I cant manage to build enough penals to counter the infantry spam (bleeding units STG-44 Volks , Sturm Rush, and MG42 / G43 Grens) nor do I have enough to deal with support weapons even with the clown car. Should I back tech to support for maximum / mortars to counter the blobs and risk being behind in tech? Currently I'm mainly playing urban defense for the forward HQ and Shocks. On occasion, I'll build the Light AT gun as a response to P2, 222, and Flamer Halftrack. I don't go T-34 for the most part because I feel that its a liability in the late game especially against axis late game armor thus i go SU-85. Tanks usually start appearing around the eight to fifteen-minute mark. I put alot of mines down as soviets. I even have the 6% price reduction to spam them on the feild however that dosent seem to deture the enemy. Thanks for your time / consideration.

Partisans cost more to reinforce than conscripts from what I remember. I don't know if its an oversight since the unit has seen many iterations throughout coh2 history. I'd be nice to have be able to merge with conscripts . |
I thought at least a few interesting commanders would be listed and then have the community vote on it. Will there be more polls in the future for the commander selection or has this already been decided by the community panel? I also feel it's a little too early to decide on a faction commander until each commander on the list have defined commander abilities rather than relying on their current descriptions. |

Tiger is good as is. Honestly, when I go allies I focus more on AT than medium tanks, especially in the 4v4s. Passed the 8min-15min mark you should expect to see the first of the medium to heavy tanks. It shouldn't be any surprise to axis players either. Axis has the best late game non-doctrinal in the game as is. If your tiger is being hit from a distance by ATGs then support it with infantry don't let it move on its own. |
I remember relic wanted to do something like this. If you didn't have the correct tech structure the heavy tank call-in would cost more than if you had the appropriate structure. This would prevent heavy tanks from coming out earlier. This would greatly help with 4v4 & 3v3 heavy tank spam 8-12min into the game |
