However they were outclassed by nearly all other Elite Infantry, so that was their problem. The nukenade could be replaced by regular nade; nukenade from stealth can be a real bitch. Considering they're squishier than Obers I think they need to keep the Faust to help them against vehicles, which might chase them down and butcher them retreating otherwise. Falls need to lose the faust since no elite infantry have snares... if you want falls to perform as elite infantry then remove both the faust and the nukenade... otherwise kick them out of elite infantry status and heavily nerf their combat ability... obers and falls afaik will die to HE regardless since target size is irrelevant for HE rounds vs infantry Jump back to quoted post19 Sep 2019, 16:19 PMPanzerjager1943 So you like the suggestion then? I think it would be a good change - ISU kills infantry at incredible ranges, and beats up most tanks, while Jagd is the only unit in the game able to really scare it off, but sacrifices all performance against infantry (atleast after its most recent nerf it sure does.) Totally agree, especially the smaller-crew ones paired with the new Heavy buff makes them really useless. AT gun wall will always be vulnerable to artillery, which I'm fine with, even with the proposed change and they'd be more akin to the 5-6 man AT guns. Also, 4/0.875 is still only 4.57, not even the health of 5 men (and remember the 4 are generally more clustered up than larger AT guns too), so that kind of change isn't really enormous. Could even be made larger. Uhh if you think AT walls should be stronger and more viable then youre creating more cancer to this game... absolutely not In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Easy 8 is useless, should get some improvement.19 Sep 2019, 16:04 PM i mean yeah the jackson is overperforming and overshadowing practically every other USF unit... but a total rework to doc isnt my fix... id just bump the jackson to 155 fuel and 17 popcap to prevent spam and lower its cost efficiency... another option is to lower its overall DPS In: COH2 Balance

It arrives at 15cp, which is absurdly late. Thread: Maxim improvement ideas.19 Sep 2019, 15:31 PM Jump back to quoted post19 Sep 2019, 15:24 PMStug life the timer for the video is there i did... thats how i came up with "around a second" the first volk 0:11 while the second was suppressed at 0:13... assuming that the video rounds all numbers i use a rounded up value for the first volk/mg42 (suppressed at 12 second mark) and a rounded down value for the second volk/maxim (13 second mark) in order to portray the "worst possible scenario" hence the difference in suppression time judging by that video between the maxim and mg42 is between 1 second at "worst" and 2 seconds at "best" In: COH2 Balance

My personal experience is right about mg42 slow slow ready aim time. mg42 slow pin down, im surprised but also not. Like i said, i always find mg42 poor at handling vet blob squads. Somehow allies can still lob a grenade and or just drop mg42 models. I guess their bars and brens and ptrs guard rifles, fire outside the suppression range or 5-6 man can take shots while suppression is on. Would be nice if you can test model drop damage inflicted by each mg. This puts some numbers in perspective. And suggest some vet buff for mg42 is good, because it needs to scale along the stronger allies infantry. Lmao someone is too retarded to understand the data... The mg42 suppresses 1 second faster than the maxim and is 3 seconds faster at near blob suppression than the maxim Likewise the mg42 in the latter test succeeds is taking out 4 squads 3/3 times (100% success rate) vs 2/3 for the maxim (67% success rate) Lastly the mg42/34 gunner is somehow invincible during gun transition while the maxim's gunner is vulnerable to fire...
