UKF vet bonuses is ("was") a faction characteristic. UKF units (would) start with great base stat and get less vet bonuses.
So according to what you're saying, Brits should be god-like in early game and getting "worse" in late, so here we're nerfing brits early game so it's even while keeping late game the same, so brits now are utterly trash faction to play, and still will be trash to play against it, brits are really badly designed, kept some of the worst mechanics from CoH1. |
brits are getting nerf but... tommies doesnt really scale up with veterancy, you could compare these vet bonuses over other infantry units and tommies in these once looks really bad. Doing so brits require like the faction overhaul thing rather than doing changes like these |

I don't think it's OP, during this ability is active, every capped or decapped point disables this ability on that sector, it's only good cuz of the duration and it does not require much micro.
Actually i wouldnt change this ability at all, maybe even buff it cause it's expensive, there are much more bigger concerns about balance than this ability |

did someone made already a graph representing everything from this tourney? bcs i bet it'll show only meta, meta, meta, no brits, same build orders with exception for 2-3 guys maybe and that's it, nothing much innovative or so |
no snare on tommies, as other mainline infantry has it, UC not capping territories as other vehicles can, so light vehicle good vs infantry as all other faction has it, no indirect fire (mortar pit is lame a fuck) in early and in late game - no pwerfer type, doctrines are so different that only few abilities are somewhat useful while others are bad, no access to like an elite infantry unit, no close combat unit, sherman FF is like the worst TD as it's slow and easy to flank, cromwell isn't the great tank to deal with infantry and decent to tanks, i could write an essay why brits suck, especially in 1v1 |
penetration divided by armor *100%
so if for example a tank has 200 penetration and enemy has 200 or less armor then it will always penetrate, if it has 400 armor then it has 50% chance to penetrate, the RNG you're talking here about it totally random, once you cant penetrate shit, later on you penetrate every shot even tho your chances for it are fairly low |
