I can´t wait for the bugs that will trouble this tourney. Will Relic ban units and-or commanders themselves too, or will they ignore them and act like the game is totally fine
Then boost the other aspects of Ostheer so it's less crutching on snipers, 222s, and call-ins? I can't bring up every topic on the faction for a single unit.
Let's say we did boost Ostheer's early game, would 222s then be too powerful at that point for their cost?
If we boost Ostheer's early game and make the Panzer IV's performance match its cost, then a 222 price nerf will be fine. Otherwise it will be the death of Ostheer.
What is the best tactic to fighting Guard Motor as Ostheer? I am having trouble on 90% of the maps, since they are badly designed.
What can you do against multiple maxims supported by a con into multiple guards, into fast T70 into heavy mortar into multiple T34-85s? There isn't much you can do against the powerful synergy of Guard motor it seems. Every medium tank Ostheer can field gets countered by multiple guards or a Su76. All heavies that Ostheer can field will get countered by guards supported by multiple T34-85s or even a Su85.
I have had some succes with a Prostwind 'rush' (Ostheer can't rush armor lol), but this backfires as a Su76 can be out by the time the Ostwind comes out. This Su76 is then of course supported by multpile maxims, a con and multiple guards and a heavy mortar. The Su76 doesn't really delay the T34-85s, since maxims supported by the things previoulsy mentioned will grant you map control.
It would make Stormtroopers look a little less bad.
Here's an idea, give stormtroopers a cheaper stg 44 package and that will make them look less bad. If people actually want to nerf Ostheer in its current state, they are out of their mind. What's next? USF early game needs a buff? Free Bars everytime you click on the ambulance?
While we are at it, the following things should be fixed too:
Grenade throwing time
This concerns multiple grenades including the bundled panzergrenadier/stormtrooper Grenade, the USF anti tank rifle grenade, the panzerfusiliers anti tank grenade and the USF smoke rifle grenade.
It sometimes takes ages before the animation starts, for no good reason. You sometimes sit there for ages waiting for your squad to either throw a grenade or fire the anti tank rifle nade and missing an awesome opportunity for damage or even a wipe or a vehicle destruction.
Molotov
The throwing animation is simply too long, this is absurd and finally needs a change.
